Q?When can you drink the wine?: A.
You can taste it when you bottle the wine, but you will prefer 4-week wines in 2 to 4 weeks, and 6-week wines in 2 to 6 months after bottling.
Q?How do I store the wine?: A.
Freshly bottled wine should be left standing for one week, and then laid down on its side to wet the cork for storage.
Q?Where do I store the wine?: A.
In a dark cool place with a fairly constant temperature. A basement is ideal.
Q?Do I need an appointment to make wine?: A.
No. Come in anytime or give us a call and we can get you started!
Q?How much time do I need for custom labels?: A.
Two weeks prior to your expected bottling date to get them designed, approved by you, and then printed. We can possibly do them in shorter time but that is our request.
Q?How long will my wine keep?: A.
It will continue to age in the bottle for up to 2 years and you can cellar it up to 3 years. We do not add preservatives unless you request them. All of our wines are consumable right away. Drink up and enjoy! Save your collectables for special occasions.
